Started:
1 .- full battery charge
2 .- Remove microSD memory card and sim
3 .- Before starting the process to do a hard reset * 2767 * 3855 # (wait for it to restart)
4 .- Put mode dowload, phone off (press all at once: volume down button - OK button and power button)
5 .- Connect usb cable phone - pc
6 .- Open MultiLoader
7 .- Reboot Flag options and Protecs OPS (see image)
8 .- Upload Files, Boot, Phone, PDA and Csc (see image)
9 .- Click on Start and began to flash
10 .- Wait until aparesca the message "All files complete" or 100% load, disconnect the phone, remove the battery and turn on your phone
